Honey & Toasted coriander seed porridge

I’m not sure this counts as a recipe, more of a glorified assemblage. But yum, So yum it’s almost making me miss winter… Make with lots of mixed seeds and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil (not too too many coriander seeds!)
